Sub-Project on Insect Resistance in Orchid was started in 2003, with the collaboration of member countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

This sub-project was successfully terminated in 2009, and "Achievement Sub-Project on Insect Resistance in Orchid" was published in March, 2010.
