Attachment 3: New Cervix trials

Eligibility:
Same as CERVIX-III but should be excluded patients with paraaortic LN > 1cm (1.5cm?) by CT scan.

・Pilot study of Cervix A
・CCRT 　　(CDDP 30 mg/m 2 x5)

Interval between CCRT and PAN RT: within 2 weeks

+ Prophylactic PAN RT
　　　　　　　　　AP/PA or 4 field box technique
　　　　　　　　　When 4 field box is applied, the use of CT simulation
　　　　　　　　　Is recommended
　　　　　　　　　Upper field margin: L1/2 or Th12/L1
　　　　　　　　　Lower field margin: L4/5
　　　　　　　　　Field width: 7-8 cm
　　　　　　　　　Dose 40Gy/20fr or 45Gy/25fr(1.8Gy/fr)

Pilot Study of Cervix B

・CCRT 　　 (CDDP 30 mg/m 2 x5)

Interval between CCRT and Adjuvant chemo: within 4 weeks

+ Adjuvant CT
CDDP 80 mg/m 2 + 5-FU 1000mg/m2 x 4d x 2 cycles (every 4 weeks)
or CDDP 75mg/m2 3 cycles (every 3 weeks)
