The 12^th FNCA Coordinators Meeting (CM) which had been planned to be held on March 15 and 17, 2011, in Fukui (Fukui International Activities Plaza) was canceled in the last minute, due to the Great Tohoku-Pacific Ocean Earthquake hit Japan in March 11^th 2011.
